Telocept is a phone system for small to medium-sized businesses and practices, focused on very simple operation and offline AI features.

Telocept controls what happens with every call and stays as simple as a home router.

Setting up and changing things works without any expert knowledge of internet telephony. Error messages say in plain sentences what to do.

Telocept adds telephony to your existing router instead of replacing it.

Weekly schedules, public holidays and closing times control the calls. Automatic announcements state the next phone hours.

Callers wait with music or press a key to choose where their call goes. Telocept can also offer a callback.

Voice messages arrive by email, optionally with a transcript of what was said.

You see live what is happening and can run through calls in advance without a phone ringing.

Offline AI

The AI features of Telocept run on your own computer or on another computer in your network. Third-party cloud services are not intended for this.

Announcements from text. A high-quality speech synthesis reads your texts aloud, such as the current phone hours or the day of reopening.
AI hold music. Telocept creates its own hold music from a few characteristics and labels it as AI-generated.
Transcripts with Voice2Win. Voice messages and recorded calls are converted to text with Voice2Win in your own network if you wish.
