Setup in seconds
You enter your address, and Mailshines finds the server settings for most providers by itself.
Aliases and catch-all
Replies automatically go out from the address an email was sent to, including catch-all addresses.
Fully offline
Reading, searching and writing work without a network. Changes go out as soon as the connection is back.
Fast full-text search
Even across millions of emails, the search finds the first hits in fractions of a second, with search commands such as from: or has:attachment.
Protection from tracking
Mailshines detects tracking pixels and shows images from emails only as a safely reprocessed copy.
Offline AI
AI that does not send your emails away.
If you wish, Mailshines uses a language model on your own computer, for example through LM Studio or Ollama. Your emails stay with you. The AI features are switched off until you switch them on.
- AI filter. Every email is classified, for example as phishing, spam, advertising, newsletter or personal message, and sorted according to your rules.
- Fixed checks as well. Mailshines checks sender details such as SPF, DKIM and DMARC itself and passes the results on to the AI.
- Translation. Emails in foreign languages appear translated if you wish and keep the layout of the original.
